Freight Broker - US Logistics

We are looking for experienced Freight Brokers or dynamic Sales professionals with a background in International Sales or Travel Sales to join our growing US Logistics team. The role focuses on outbound sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and end-to-end sales support for freight operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales calls to US customers and shippers
• Generate, qualify, and convert leads for logistics and freight services
• Develop and manage strong client relationships
• Negotiate freight rates and close profitable deals
• Coordinate basic documentation and address customer queries
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1+ year experience as a Freight Broker

OR proven experience in International Sales / Travel Sales / International Voice Process

• Strong English communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Experience in outbound calling and client acquisition is mandatory
• Ability to work in US night shifts
