Freight Broker- US Logistics

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Freight Brokers to join our growing logistics team. The ideal candidate will have experience in international sales, cold calling, and client communication, preferably within the BPO, KPO, logistics, or freight forwarding industries.
You will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and coordinating freight operations between shippers and carriers.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct international sales and cold calling to generate leads and acquire clients.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with shippers, carriers, and logistics partners.
• Negotiate rates, prepare quotes, and close deals to meet monthly targets.
• Coordinate shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective freight movement.
• Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems with client and shipment information.
• Provide excellent customer service, handling queries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth end-to-end operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in international sales / cold calling / client communication.
• Background in BPO, KPO, logistics, freight brokerage, or freight forwarding preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of global markets, US logistics (preferred), and customer engagement.
• Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and maintain high accuracy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
