Experienced cargo/sprinter van Dispatcher
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented self starter. individuals looking to join our team as a Dispatcher, must have previously worked as a dispatcher and be able to dispatch new authorities, Box Trucks,and sprinter vans. As a Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing the transportation of goods and materials. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for logistics. We work off the spot market, catering to Owner Operator.

```Responsibilities```
- Coordinate and schedule the movement of freight and materials
- Dispatch drivers and ensure timely pick-up and delivery
- Utilize transportation management systems to track shipments and monitor progress
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to provide updates on shipment status
- Analyze transportation data to identify areas for improvement and optimize efficiency
- Collaborate with supply chain partners to ensure smooth operations
- Manage new MC holders signing them up with multiple brokers and shippers
- Handle shipping and receiving tasks as needed

DUTIES

• responsible for keeping your trucks dispatched.
• invoicing carrier for each load dispatched to ensure prompt payment
• Recruitment of new drivers
• Updating TMS with load updates in real time``

Experience```
- Previous experience in dispatching new authorities, Box Trucks,and sprinter vans from the spot market with verifiable proof of experience
- Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) is a plus
- Understanding of spot market bidding
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $500.00 - $1,250.00 per week
