Freight Forwading Manager

Expedite Impex, a dynamic and innovative freight forwarding company, is seeking a talented Operations Manager with 5-7 years of experience to join our team. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our freight forwarding services, ensuring efficient and timely movement of cargo while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - • Coordinate and manage all aspects of freight forwarding operations, including scheduling, routing, and tracking shipments.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers and suppliers to ensure seamless logistics operations.

• Implement and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

• Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards. • Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team. HRD | EXPEDITE 31 Jan 2026 Requirements: -

• Any graduate & Post graduate

• Minimum 5 -7 years of experience in freight forwarding. • Strong understanding of international shipping regulations and procedures. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. • Proven leadership abilities with a track record of managing and moving shipments.
