Job description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven *Sales Executive* to join our team in the Freight Forwarding & Logistics industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, client relationship management, and knowledge of shipping/freight forwarding services. You will play a key role in generating new business, building long-term relationships with clients, and achieving revenue targets.

Reports To: Manager

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in *freight forwarding, NVOCC, and logistics services*.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and overseas partners.Prepare and present customer quotations, proposals, and service agreements.Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth client onboarding. Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline tracking, and CRM updates.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 3–5 years of sales experience in *freight forwarding/logistics/shipping industry* (preferred).

Strong understanding of import/export, sea freight, and air freight processes.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
