The ideal candidate sould be able to join immediately, talking to people and proactively solving issues.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
• Customer Service Import /Export
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
• Data entry in various platforms

Qualifications

• Experience : minimum 3 years with good knowledge of Import /export process from start to end .
• Good Communication Skills
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, team work and prioritize work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
