Your main role will be to connect with potential clients, explain our trading services, and help generate leads or convert prospects into customers.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Explain our trading products and services clearly and effectively.
• Maintain customer details and feedback in the CRM. Follow up with interested leads and convert them to clients.
• Requirements: Excellent verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Malayalam/Tamil language as needed].
• Basic knowledge or interest in trading/stock market is a plus.
• Ability to handle customer objections and queries politely.
• Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
