About the Role:

Are you a confident communicator with a passion for sales?
We're looking for energetic Tele sales Executives to join our team and help drive customer engagement and acquisition. No prior experience needed – we provide full training!

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential users to introduce products and promotions
• Explain offers and assist new users with registration and onboarding
• Follow up with interested leads and convert them into active players
• Maintain a positive relationship with players to ensure retention
• Meet daily and weekly calling and conversion targets
• Report feedback and trends to the team to improve user experience

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent verbal communication in Hindi, English, Tamil and Kannada
• Strong interpersonal skills and a persuasive attitude
• Passion for online platforms, or sales is a plus
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn CRM tools
• High energy, confidence, and the ability to adapt quickly
• Must be an immediate joiner
