Sales Manager

We’re Hiring: Sales Manager (MEP Expertise) – Dubai, UAE

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager with strong MEP skills who can identify technical issues, provide practical solutions, and drive sales growth. This role is not just about selling—it’s about being the go-to expert who understands both the technical side (MEP) and the business side (sales & client relationships).

What You’ll Do:

• Assess and understand MEP-related issues for clients and offer effective solutions.
• Generate and close new business opportunities in Dubai.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and corporate clients.
• Negotiate contracts and deliver on revenue targets.
• Collaborate with management to design sales strategies and market initiatives.
• Provide technical support and ensure client satisfaction from pitch to delivery.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or Engineering.
• 2+ years of UAE experience in MEP/Contracting/Construction (mandatory).
• Strong background in real estate, facility management, or property services (advantage).
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with both technical and commercial awareness.
• Knowledge of Dubai’s building codes and regulations.
• Valid UAE driver’s license.

Availability: Immediate to 1-month
