Freight Forwarding Director

Fox Talent are partnered with a leading logistics entity who are hiring a Director of Freight Forwarding.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead the establishment of the Freight Forwarding division, developing comprehensive business strategies.

● Recruit, train, and mentor a team of logistics professionals to achieve operational excellence.

● Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in freight forwarding.

● Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory agencies. ● Analyze industry trends and market dynamics to drive business growth and innovation.

● Optimize processes and systems for improved efficiency and customer satisfaction.

● Report on performance metrics and business outcomes to senior management.

Qualifications:

● Minimum 12-15 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry, with a focus on leadership.

● In-depth understanding of logistics operations and international shipping regulations.

● Relevant industry certifications (e.g., FIATA, IATA, or equivalent).

● Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.

● Proven ability to manage budgets and financial performance effectively.

● Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
