Freight Forwarding Sales Executive

Human Capital is hiring for its client in the logistics sector for the position of Freight Forwarding Sales Executive in Karachi. We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven professional with strong experience in freight forwarding sales, client acquisition, and logistics solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through field sales, networking, and client visits.
- Develop and manage relationships with existing customers to maximize retention and cross-selling opportunities.
- Promote freight forwarding solutions including air freight, sea freight, and land transportation.
- Prepare customized quotations based on client shipping and supply chain requirements.
- Negotiate rates with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and service providers.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth shipment handling, booking, and documentation.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
- Maintain sales pipeline, customer records, and performance reports through CRM tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Strong knowledge of import/export procedures, customs regulations, and Incoterms.
- Understanding of FCL, LCL, air freight, and multimodal logistics solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
