Key Responsibilities
- 1. Coordinate and arrange domestic and international shipping operations.
- 2. Issue and prepare shipping documents (bill of lading, invoices, packing lists).
- 3. Liaise with shipping companies and customs brokers.
- 5. Ensure compliance with customs regulations and instructions.
- 6. Address any delays, damage, or loss of shipments.
- 7. Enter and continuously update shipping data in the approved system.
- 8. Coordinate with warehouses to ensure shipment readiness.
- 9. Prepare periodic reports on shipping performance and on-time delivery indicators.
- 10. Control costs and improve the efficiency of transportation operations.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Supply Chain/Logistics or equivalent.
- 2-4 years of experience in shipping or logistics.
- Knowledge of shipping and customs regulations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel.
- Fluency in English (reading and writing).
