French Customer Service agent

A French Call Centre Agent handles customer interactions (calls, emails, chat) in French, resolving inquiries, providing product info, troubleshooting issues, processing orders, and documenting interactions in CRM systems, requiring fluency in French, strong communication, problem-solving, and adherence to performance standards for customer satisfaction. Responsibilities can include inbound/outbound calls, technical support, sales, or market research, often in international settings or for global brands, demanding adaptability and teamwork. Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Answer and respond to French-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve product/service issues, complaints, and service requests.
  • Information Provision: Offer accurate information about products, services, pricing, and policies.
  • Documentation: Accurately log all interactions, customer details, and solutions in the CRM system.
  • Sales/Support: Process orders, identify needs, and recommend tailored solutions or upsell opportunities.
  • Escalation: Identify and escalate complex or high-risk issues to supervisors.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct outbound calls for surveys, follow-ups, or lead generation.
  • Process Adherence: Follow company procedures, standards, and quality guidelines.

Essential Skills & Requirements:

  • Language: Native-level fluency in French (spoken/written); often professional English as well.
  • Communication: Excellent active listening, clarity, grammar, and professional tone.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and offer effective solutions.
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfort using multiple applications, CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot), and dialers.
  • Soft Skills: Adaptability, multitasking, teamwork, and working under pressure.
  • Experience: Previous call center or customer service experience is often a plus, but not always mandatory.

Work Environment:

  • Can be remote or on-site in various locations (e.g., Cairo, USA, UK).
  • May involve rotational shifts, night shifts, and working on weekends.
  • Focus on achieving KPIs, customer satisfaction, and meeting performance targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: E£25,000.00 - E£30,000.00 per month
