Job Description

QuickfirmX is hiring Customer Service Advisors for IGT Solutions – French-speaking accounts based in Maadi, Cairo.

Job Role


  • Handle customer interactions via calls, chats, and emails in French.


  • Resolve product or service-related issues efficiently and professionally.


  • Follow internal company procedures and performance standards.


  • Maintain polite, clear, and professional communication at all times.


Responsibilities


  • Ensure customer satisfaction and meet service quality KPIs.


  • Accurately document all customer interactions.


  • Build strong rapport with customers and offer suitable solutions or recommendations.


  • Collaborate with your team to achieve shared goals and maintain a positive work environment.


  • Participate in training and development programs.


Requirements

  • French Language Level: Minimum B2/B2+ or C1


  • English Language Level: Minimum B1


  • Education: Graduates only


  • Location: Must be able to work onsite in Maadi, Cairo


  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills


  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure


  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory


  • Strong teamwork and adaptability to dynamic environments


  • Ready to start immediately


Shifts & Working Hours


  • Rotational shifts (24/7), flexibility required


  • 8 working hours per day + 1-hour break


Benefits

  • Salary: 23,000 – 24,000 EGP NET/month
