About the Role:
We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic French-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our inbound customer support team for a premium chauffeur service in the UK. You will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring their travel experience is seamless, professional, and memorable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and messages from French-speaking clients with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist clients with bookings, enquiries, changes, and special requests.
- Provide accurate information about chauffeur services, pricing, and schedules.
- Coordinate with the dispatch and operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Requirements:
- Fluency in French (spoken & written) and strong English communication skills.
- Previous customer service or call centre experience (preferably in travel, hospitality, or transport).
- Professional phone manner and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Flexible to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
