French-Speaking Customer Service Representative

Be Em Consultants is looking for a motivated and customer-focused French Speaker to join our Customer Service team on-site.

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive the same high-quality support and care that we pride ourselves on. You’ll handle queries via email and live chat, providing clear, empathetic, and effective solutions every time.

What you’ll do:

- Respond to customer queries in French via email and live chat.
- Provide timely, accurate, and empathetic resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
-Maintain accurate records of communications and follow-ups.

What we’re looking for:

- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in all situations.
- A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
