Job Overview

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a fluent French-speaking Real Estate Agent to serve our growing base of Francophone clients and investors. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional who understands the cultural and investment preferences of French-speaking buyers and can deliver personalized service in both French and English. You will represent premium properties in Abu Dhabi and guide clients through every stage of the transaction process.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist French-speaking clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations in French and English
• Provide expert advice on Abu Dhabi’s real estate market, legal procedures, and investment opportunities
• Build and manage a portfolio of listings tailored to Francophone investors and expatriates
• Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to develop French-language campaigns and lead generation strategies
• Maintain strong relationships with developers, relocation firms, and international agencies
• Attend property exhibitions, roadshows, and networking events targeting French-speaking audiences
• Deliver exceptional customer service and post-sale support

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably with international or Francophone clientele
• Fluency in French and English is required
• Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market and legal framework
• Proven track record of successful property transactions and client satisfaction
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Professional demeanor and cultural sensitivity
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle
• RERA or DMT certification preferred
