About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and professional French‑Speaking Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to work with international clients, and a solid understanding of the UAE property market. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage the full sales cycle and deliver a high standard of service to French‑speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist French‑speaking clients with property inquiries, viewings, and transactions.
• Manage the full sales process, including lead qualification, property presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
• Provide accurate information on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry partners.
• Maintain an updated database of listings, client interactions, and sales activities.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to support campaigns targeting French‑speaking audiences.
• Represent the company professionally and uphold high service standards.

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in real estate sales is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi or UAE property market, or willingness to learn quickly.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
• Professional appearance and a customer‑focused approach.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
