Sourcetek is hiring on behalf of one of its client. We are expanding our sales team and looking for motivated business graduates who want to build their career in international sales. This role involves making sales calls to customers in the US market.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to potential customers in the US
• Present company products and services professionally
• Identify client requirements and provide suitable solutions
• Maintain accurate records of calls and leads in CRM
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth sales operations

Eligibility Criteria

• BBA, MCom, O Level, A Level graduates
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
• Strong English communication skills
• Confident and persuasive speaking ability
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Willing to work in US shift timings
