Fresh Chemical Engineers (Internship leading to permanent job)

```Duties```
- Develop and optimize chemical manufacturing processes
- Design and fabricate chemical processing equipment
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and CGMP standards
- Conduct research and analysis to improve product quality and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues
- Utilize data analysis tools to monitor and improve process performance
- Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs
- Provide technical support to production teams
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures

```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
- Strong knowledge of chemistry manufacturing controls and processes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other engineering software
- Experience with process engineering and optimization
- Familiarity with FDA regulations and CGMP standards
- Strong mathematical skills for data analysis and problem-solving
- Project management skills to lead process improvement initiatives
- Knowledge of logic controllers and automation systems
