We’re looking for a
Fresh Food Specialist
to deliver the highest standards across our fresh departments — including produce, deli, bakery, meat, seafood, Fruit and Vegetables.
In this role, you’ll support our stores in maintaining quality, safety, and presentation, while coaching teams, driving sales, and helping reduce waste.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily fresh food operations to make sure everything meets company and food safety standards.

Train and guide store teams on best practices for handling, preparing, and displaying fresh products.

Partner with store managers to optimize inventory and minimize waste.

Keep an eye on product quality and freshness through regular checks.

Review sales data and feedback to identify ways to improve and boost results.

Develop great merchandising plans and seasonal promotions.

Stay on top of trends and suggest new products and improvements.

Support launches of new stores, products, and programs.

Share insights and performance updates with the leadership team.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Food Science, Hospitality, or related field.

3-5 years of experience in fresh food retail or food service environment.

Strong knowledge of HACCP principles, food handling, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.

Knowledge of stock rotation, inventory control, and methods to minimize waste and shrinkage.

Familiar with local and federal food regulations, ensuring full compliance in all operations.
