Job Summary:

This role is dedicated for Saudi Nationals under localization initiatives. The Engineer supports technical, site, and administrative tasks in real estate development and construction projects while gaining professional development and engineering exposure aligned with the company's growth objectives.

Responsibilities are not limited to:

• Support engineering teams in reviewing drawings, technical documents, and site coordination.
• Assist in monitoring construction progress, preparing reports, and verifying compliance.
• Participate in inspections, measurements, and quality/safety reviews.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and authorities on project matters.
• Support planning, scheduling, quantity take-offs, or HSE activities depending on assigned department.
• Maintain project documentation and contribute to engineering deliverables.
• Develop engineering skills through mentorship and training programs.
• Assist in reviewing project designs and following up on development phases in coordination with the Development & Design Management team.
• Support the Project Delivery team in monitoring work execution and ensuring objectives are met on time and to the required quality standards.
• Contribute to Technical Office activities including preparing technical documents, reviewing drawings, and supporting the resolution of engineering issues.
• Support the PMO in tracking performance indicators, preparing progress reports, and documenting lessons learned.
• Perform any other tasks assigned to him by the line manager within the scope of work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architect, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
• Fresh graduate.
• Saudi National.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with engineering software (AutoCAD, MS Office, Primavera) is a plus.
• Must be registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
