Job Purpose:
Responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment, ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, design, and supervise electrical systems for O&M, renovation, and construction projects.
- Support electrical works related to power distribution, lighting, grounding, low-current, and emergency systems.
- Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance plans for electrical systems.
- Review shop drawings, method statements, and technical submittals.
- Coordinate with mechanical, civil, and site teams to resolve technical issues.
- Prepare technical reports, as-built drawings, and documentation required for audits and handover.
- Support troubleshooting of site electrical issues and propose corrective actions.
- Communicate with client representatives, consultants, and subcontractors as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 0-3 years’ experience in facilities O&M, construction, or renovation projects.
- Strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA, power distribution, and low-current systems.
- Experience working on US Government or international standards–based projects is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and electrical documentation.
- Good command of English (written & spoken).
- Strong coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
