Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our team as Assistant Teachers. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in early childhood education and develop their teaching skills.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing lesson plans

- Support the educational and emotional development of students

- Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment

- Assist with classroom management and organization

- Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues

Requirements:

- Fresh graduate in Early Childhood Education, or related field

- Strong passion for working with children

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

- Willingness to learn and develop teaching skills
