Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Teacher to join our Pre-Primary team! As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for developing curriculum, and creating a nurturing environment that fosters the social, emotional, and cognitive development of young children.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage students, providing guidance and support

- Develop and implement curriculum that meets educational standards

- Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment

- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues

- Monitor and assess student progress, identifying areas for improvement

- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve educational goals

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field

- Minimum [2 years] of experience in pre-primary education

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
