Job Purpose

To deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing friendly, efficient, and professional customer service across Amusement Park attractions, ensuring visitors enjoy a safe, memorable, and seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and assist them throughout their visit to the amusement park
  • Handle guest inquiries, ticketing support, ride information, and general park guidance
  • Resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
  • Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and park regulations
  • Support crowd management and queue control during peak hours
  • Coordinate with operations, ride operators, and supervisors to ensure smooth guest flow
  • Promote park services, attractions, events, and merchandise when required
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in guest-facing areas
