Job Purpose
To deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing friendly, efficient, and professional customer service across Amusement Park attractions, ensuring visitors enjoy a safe, memorable, and seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and assist them throughout their visit to the amusement park
- Handle guest inquiries, ticketing support, ride information, and general park guidance
- Resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and park regulations
- Support crowd management and queue control during peak hours
- Coordinate with operations, ride operators, and supervisors to ensure smooth guest flow
- Promote park services, attractions, events, and merchandise when required
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in guest-facing areas
