Fresh Graduates Night Shift

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our team as Customer Support Associates for the night shift. Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve customer issues and provide accurate information about products/services
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
• Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Follow company guidelines, procedures, and quality standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office
• Willingness to work night shifts and flexible schedules
• Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
