Eligibility Criteria

Fresh or early-career professionals having clinical education background

(MBBS/BDS/DPT/DPHARM/BSN) with strong analytical, communication, and coordination

skills who are passionate about making an impact in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

• Support healthcare management activities by assisting with the implementation and monitoring of operational plans.
• Conduct panel management tasks, including maintaining and updating patient or practitioner panels to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Participate in strategic planning efforts by gathering data, analyzing trends, and providing insights to inform decision-making.
• Monitor and review healthcare quality metrics to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
• Assist in integrating artificial intelligence tools and technologies to enhance healthcare delivery and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate communication among healthcare teams, academic departments, and external partners to facilitate project execution.
• Prepare reports and presentations that summarize findings from quality reviews and strategic initiatives.
