The Indirect Procurement Specialist is responsible for sourcing and managing suppliers for non-production-related goods and services, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and compliance with company policies. The role includes identifying supplier opportunities, negotiating contracts, and fostering supplier relationships to meet business needs.

Identify and onboard new suppliers to meet business requirements.

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.

Evaluate supplier performance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.

Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers.

Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service quality.

Draft, review, and manage procurement contracts in coordination with the legal department.

Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.

Monitor market trends to identify new procurement opportunities.

Stay updated on pricing, availability, and technological advancements in the relevant categories.

Track and report key metrics (e.g., savings, supplier performance).

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering is a must

Able to work in Oct Plant

Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
