Responsibilities

• Learn and apply real estate sales techniques through hands-on training and mentorship
• Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
• Conduct property viewings and provide basic market insights
• Build relationships with clients, developers, and team members
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings using CRM tools
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support lead generation and property promotion
• Stay informed about market trends, project launches, and real estate regulations

Qualifications

• No prior real estate experience required; training will be provided
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred
• RERA certification is a plus but not mandatory
