Location: Mohali (Work from Office)

Shift Timings: Night Shift (US clients)

* Five Days Working - Monday to Friday

* Week Off - Saturday & Sunday

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Assist the sales team by creating quotes for clients.
• Create detailed documentation.
• Support negotiations with technical insights.
• Helping Accounting team with additional side projects.
• Reporting daily work summary
• Excellent Communication skills
• Proficient in relevant computer applications
• Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
• Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Zirakpur, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
