Fresher CSR Truck Dispatcher

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated Customer Service Executive (Dispatcher) to join our USA-based logistics and dispatch campaign. This full-time, on-site role is based in Johar Town, Lahore, conveniently located opposite Emporium Mall near Raiwind Road. The position requires working night shifts from 5 PM to 3 AM and offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with up to six months of experience to gain valuable skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage and coordinate dispatch operations to ensure timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams to resolve logistical challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and update relevant systems promptly.
- Work closely with the logistics team to optimize routes and enhance overall service quality.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.

Required Qualifications
- Education level of Graduation or Intermediate.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Open to fresh candidates or those with up to six months of relevant experience.
