Fresher Diploma Engineers

Job Summary:

• Operating and maintaining high-speed machines during shifts to achieve targeted utilization, efficiency, and scrap levels.
• Supervising contract workers and ensuring adherence to Quality, Safety, 5S, and GMP standards.
• Carrying out tooling changeovers, attending breakdowns, and resolving technical issues on machines.
• Maintaining safety, discipline, and proper housekeeping on the shop floor.

Knowledge & Technical Skills Required:

• Effective verbal and written coordination with colleagues, maintenance teams, coordinators, and department heads.
• Ability to analyze machine breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
• Good supervisory skills to manage the workforce effectively.

experience & Qualifications:

• Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile/Electrical Engineering with 0–2 years of experience.
• Candidate should currently be based in Goa or willing to relocate.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
