Fresher Electrical Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Fresher Electrical Engineer to join our team. The candidate will assist senior engineers and site teams in electrical installation, maintenance, inspection, testing, documentation, and project coordination.

This is a good opportunity for fresh graduates who want to start their career in electrical engineering and gain practical site experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting work.
• Support site teams in daily electrical project activities.
• Help in reading and understanding electrical drawings, layouts, and specifications.
• Assist in inspection, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Coordinate with technicians, supervisors, and project teams.
• Prepare basic reports, work updates, and documentation.
• Ensure work is carried out as per safety standards and company procedures.
• Support in material checking, cable laying, wiring, panel installation, and equipment inspection.
• Report site issues or technical concerns to the senior engineer.
• Learn and follow project requirements, client standards, and site instructions.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, panels, motors, and power distribution.
• Ability to read basic electrical drawings is an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to work on-site and learn from senior team members.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office.
• Hardworking, punctual, and eager to grow in the electrical engineering field.
• Own visa is a plus.
