Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented fresh graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The candidate will assist in cost estimation, quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, tendering, and project cost control for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Support tender preparation and cost estimation activities
• Monitor project costs and prepare cost reports
• Assist in subcontractor evaluation and payment certification
• Review drawings and contract documents
• Maintain project documentation and records
• Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and procurement teams
• Ensure compliance with project budgets and timelines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Basic knowledge of construction estimation and BOQ preparation
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS-related software is an advantage
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
