Fresher Loading Supervisor ( Morbi, Gujarat)

Job Purpose :

The Loading Supervisor will be responsible for planning, supervising, and ensuring safe, accurate, and timely loading of ceramic products in containers. This role involves coordinating with different teams, monitoring quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Daily Activities

• Supervise container loading operations (pallet packing, labeling, sticker application, seal verification, vehicle verification).

• Monitor fumigation process and ensure proper sealing.

• Prepare and maintain loading-related documentation.

• Coordinate with logistics partners and other companies for loading schedules.

Weekly Activities

• Conduct pallet packing inspections.

• Visit other companies for quality check (Q.C.).

• Arrange design pieces from warehouse/go-down as per requirement.

• Supervise sample packing and courier dispatch for export.

Monthly Activities

• Maintain loading reports and Q.C. reports.

• Review and submit monthly loading and export compliance reports.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)

• Ensure all containers are loaded before the cut-off date.

• Perform quality checks after production to maintain export standards.

• Reduce loading errors and damages during shipment.

• Ensure compliance with export documentation and safety regulations.

Requirements :

• Fresher & Minimum 0–1 years of experience in Loading Department, preferably in ceramics or similar industry.

• Strong knowledge of container loading, palletizing, sealing, fumigation, and export procedures.

• Ability to handle manpower and coordinate with multiple departments.

• Good organizational and communication skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, MS Office).
