fresher mechanical engineer

1. Study project specifications, drawings, and technical documentation.

2. Prepare project schedules, manpower planning, and material requirements.

3. Oversee activities in the workshop/yard to ensure quality and schedule compliance.

4. Plan daily work activities and allocate manpower efficiently.

5. Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards.

6. Ensure team compliance with safety standards (PPEs, hot work permits, etc.).

7. Maintain records of drawings, test reports, daily progress, and inspection reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
