Fresher Patient Support Representative

Tekboox, a US-based BPO company, is urgently hiring Fresh Graduates for the position of Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Customer Support in the US Healthcare Sector.

Preference: Candidates with a Pharm-D degree or a medical/healthcare background will be given preference.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Basic computer proficiency and typing skills
• Willingness to work night shifts

Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Onsite)
Location: DHA Phase 3, Y Block, Lahore
