Fresher - Planning Engineer (MS Project )

We are an AEC MEP consulting firm supporting Australian construction projects. We are looking for a Project Planner (Fresher) to assist in planning, scheduling and monitoring MEP works using Microsoft Project.

The role involves close coordination with internal engineering teams and Australian client stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain MEP project schedules using Microsoft Project
• Develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for MEP activities
• Update schedules based on engineering inputs and client feedback
• Track milestones, dependencies and critical path activities
• Assist in preparing weekly and monthly progress reports for Australian clients
• Coordinate with MEP design, BIM and project management teams
• Support resource planning and look-ahead schedules
• Identify schedule risks, delays and constraints in MEP projects
• Maintain planning documentation and change logs

Required Skills

• Basic to good working knowledge of Microsoft Project
• Good MS Excel skills (basic formulas, progress tracking)
• Good written and verbal English communication
