Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and target-driven Property Consultants to join our real estate team on a commission basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients (buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants).
• Promote and market properties through online portals, social media, and networking.
• Conduct property viewings and present properties to potential clients.
• Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market, trends, and property values.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure all transactions comply with local property laws and regulations.
• Manage listings, leads, and client databases effectively.

Requirements & Skills

• Proven experience in real estate sales/leasing (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of the local property market (e.g., Dubai real estate market).
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED40,000.00 per hour
