Overview:
ProArch is Seeking for a motivated and detail-oriented Fresher Security Analyst (VAPT) to join our cybersecurity team in India. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about cybersecurity and eager to build a strong foundation in Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT). The selected candidate will assist senior security professionals in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating security vulnerabilities across systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on networks, systems, and web applications.
• Support the analysis of security testing results and help prepare detailed vulnerability reports with remediation recommendations.
• Work closely with senior VAPT analysts to learn and apply penetration testing tools, techniques, and methodologies.
• Participate in security audits and risk assessments to evaluate the organization’s overall security posture.
• Research emerging cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and attack techniques, and stay updated with industry best practices.
• Document testing methodologies, procedures, and findings to improve testing standards and processes.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with security frameworks and standards such as OWASP, CIS, and industry best practices.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
  • Mandatory entry-level cybersecurity certifications such as:
  • • CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)
    • eJPT (eLearnSecurity Junior Penetration Tester)
    • CompTIA Security+
    • or other relevant entry-level security certifications

Technical Skills

• • Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and architectures.
  • Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and web applications.
  • Familiarity with security tools and frameworks such as:
  • • Nmap, Wireshark, Metasploit
    • Burp Suite, OWASP Top 10
  • Understanding of common vulnerabilities, attack vectors, and remediation techniques.
