We are looking for a proactive, confident, and persuasive Telecaller to join our Real Estate division.
This role is ideal for freshers who are eager to build a career in real estate sales, as well as candidates with prior telecalling or telesales experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective buyers, tenants, and investors
- Handle inbound property inquiries and provide accurate, engaging information
- Generate and qualify leads for property sales and rentals
- Schedule and coordinate property viewings and meetings for sales consultants
- Maintain and update CRM/database with leads, prospects, and client interactions
- Achieve assigned targets for lead generation, appointments, and conversions
- Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure strong client engagement and satisfaction
- Support the sales team with deal closures and post-sales follow-ups
Qualifications & Skills
- Languages: Fluent in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
- Freshers are welcome; experience in real estate telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred
- Basic knowledge of the Dubai/UAE real estate market is an added advantage
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to meet sales and call KPIs
- Familiarity with CRM systems, MS Office, and property portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle) is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment
