Fresher Telecaller

We are looking for a proactive, confident, and persuasive Telecaller to join our Real Estate division.

This role is ideal for freshers who are eager to build a career in real estate sales, as well as candidates with prior telecalling or telesales experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective buyers, tenants, and investors
  • Handle inbound property inquiries and provide accurate, engaging information
  • Generate and qualify leads for property sales and rentals
  • Schedule and coordinate property viewings and meetings for sales consultants
  • Maintain and update CRM/database with leads, prospects, and client interactions
  • Achieve assigned targets for lead generation, appointments, and conversions
  • Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure strong client engagement and satisfaction
  • Support the sales team with deal closures and post-sales follow-ups

Qualifications & Skills

  • Languages: Fluent in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
  • Freshers are welcome; experience in real estate telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of the Dubai/UAE real estate market is an added advantage
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Target-driven mindset with the ability to meet sales and call KPIs
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, MS Office, and property portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle) is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment
