Seeking a Friendly Dance Teacher!

Do you love working with kids? Do you want to make a difference? Aspire Dance Center is seeking a positive, and experienced person for the role of a Dance Teacher. Enjoyment in teaching dance of a variety of styles, ability to communicate effectively, and flexibility in meeting individual student needs and goals is a MUST.

Aspire Dance Center is a bustling performing arts school that has been serving the Pewaukee/Waukesha and Lake Country community for over 10 years. In this role you will:

• Inspire children by teaching dance lessons on a weekly basis
• Prepare class lessons and materials
• Prepare students for exams/competitions/performances
• Provide student feedback both on-the-spot and through bi-annual report cards
• Communicate with parents and team members on a regular basis
• Share your artistic vision through choreographed routines for bi-annual recitals
• Attend studio rehearsals and events
• Contribute regularly to our Teacher Asana Board used for team communication

Hours of Work:

Schedule would be based on instructor availability and specific class times. Class times are scheduled Monday -Thursday between 4pm and 9pm Saturdays between 9am and 1pm

Working with us

• We provide full training & curriculum
• All class materials and training costs are covered by Aspire Dance Center
• Head office manages all enrollments, accounts and marketing

Payment – negotiable; based on experience.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 – 5 per week
