Front Counter Cashier & Service Assistant (Part-Time)

We are looking for a reliable, team-oriented Front Counter Cashier & Service Assistant for a part-time position.

Your primary focus is managing the front counter, taking to go order, processing payment, specifically handling, confirming, and packing high-volume delivery orders.This role relies heavily on teamwork. our servers and cashiers work together closely to help each other out during busy times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivery & To-Go Orders: Monitor incoming DoorDash and Uber Eats tablets. Double-check and securely pack all items so takeout orders are 100% accurate.
• Front Counter Cashiering: Greet walk-in guests, take phone orders, and handle cash or card transactions using our POS system.
• Teamwork: Work together with floor servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service for all customers.
• Station Upkeep: Keep the front counter, packing station, and entryway clean and organized. [1]

Requirements:

• Looking for a stable, part-time schedule.
• Ability to track multiple delivery tablet orders at the same time.
• Friendly, professional attitude with customers and team members.
• Comfort using a touchscreen POS system and delivery tablets.
• Previous restaurant or retail cashier experience is a plus.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
