Duties

  • Greet visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, answering inquiries, transferring calls, and taking detailed messages.
  • Maintain an organized front desk area, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
  • Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling
  • Assist with clerical duties including proofreading documents, managing emails, and supporting administrative projects.
  • Provide excellent customer support by addressing questions promptly and courteously both in person and over the phone.
  • Utilize computer skills to update databases, perform data entry tasks, and ensure accurate recordkeeping.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in front desk or reception roles with strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to effectively communicate with diverse clients and visitors
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Previous office management or administrative experience is desirable, including calendar management and bookkeeping familiarity
  • Clerical experience involving filing, proofreading, data entry, and document handling is advantageous.
  • Personal assistant experience or office support roles that showcase excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
