Job Title: Front Desk Executive
Department: Front Office / Administration
Reporting To: Front Office Manager / Hospital Administrator
Job Location: Surya Hospital ( Managed by Vedansh)
Job Summary:

The Front Desk Executive is responsible for greeting and assisting patients and visitors, managing patient registration, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth front-office operations with excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and billing coordination.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
  • Maintain patient records and update details in the hospital management system.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments for patient flow.
  • Collect payments and issue receipts as per hospital procedure.
  • Ensure the front desk and waiting area are clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Address patient concerns and escalate issues to the supervisor when required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient and hospital information.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Hospital Management / Administration).
  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in front office operations, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setup.
  • Computer Skills: Knowledge of MS Office and Hospital Management Software.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Pleasant personality and positive attitude.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic understanding of hospital procedures and patient care.
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage patient flow efficiently.

Working Hours:

  • Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays as per hospital policy.

Remuneration:

As per hospital norms and experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
