Key Responsibilities

Greet patients and all visitors warmly and ensure a welcoming and professional front desk environment

Answer phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments, manage calendars for dental providers

Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details and medical history updates

Process payments, issue receipts, and handle billing inquiries

Maintain accurate patient records in our dental software system (Denticon)

Ensure compliance with HIPAA and patient confidentiality guidelines

Handle patient concerns with professionalism and direct issues to appropriate team members

Support the dental team with administrative tasks as needed
Skills and Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative or dental certifications a plus

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities

Professional demeanor and a customer-service mindset

Previous experience in a dental or medical front office preferred
- Familiarity with dental terminology and insurance processes
- Proficiency in dental software systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
