Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; direct them to the relevant team
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure smooth reception operations
- Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate basic meeting requirements
- Maintain a presentable and welcoming front office area at all times
Administrative Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and pantry inventory
- Handle courier, vendor coordination, and basic follow-ups
- Assist with document management, filing, and record-keeping
- Support management and teams with scheduling and coordination tasks
Coordination & Support
- Liaise with internal departments for smooth workflow
- Assist HR/admin teams with onboarding documentation and basic coordination
- Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
