Location : Bhandup (Opposite Asian Paints)
Designation : Front Desk & Admin Executive
Salary range upto 20,000 to 30,000 in hand per month
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Handling & Orientation
- Welcome and attend to clients visiting the Centre in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide orientation about the Centre, its offerings, and processes
- Explain and summarize live products/services clearly to clients
- Understand client needs and guide them to the appropriate solutions or teams
- Maintain a positive client experience at all times
Centre Management
- Oversee daily operations of the Centre
- Ensure the Centre is clean, organized, and ready for client visits
- Coordinate with internal teams to support client requirements
- Monitor footfall and manage client flow efficiently
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain client records, visit logs, and documentation
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as reports, data entry, and follow-ups
- Coordinate appointments and schedules
- Support management with required reports and updates
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in client handling, front desk, customer service, or administration
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
