Darkblue Technology is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Front Desk / Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role is the first point of contact for visitors and plays a key role in administrative coordination, documentation, and internal support. Strong Excel skills and good organizational ability are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Office Support
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and redirect phone calls, emails, and courier deliveries
- Maintain office cleanliness and coordinate with building management if required
Administrative & Coordination Tasks
- Prepare, update, and maintain administrative records and documents
- Support HR, Finance, and Project teams with basic administrative tasks
- Coordinate meeting rooms, schedules, and internal arrangements
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and petty cash records
Excel & Data Handling (Key Requirement)
- Maintain and update Excel sheets for:
- Attendance records
- Expense tracking
- Asset lists
- Basic reports and summaries
- Use Excel formulas (e.g. SUM, IF, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP preferred) to organize data
- Ensure data accuracy and proper filing
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (Administration, Business, or related field preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (mandatory)
- Familiar with MS Word and Outlook
- Good communication skills in English
- Well-organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and handle confidential information
- Prior experience as Front Desk / Admin Assistant is an advantage
- Female is a plus.
